Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Checkride Ready, a study-aid web app run by Kemar, a sole proprietor based in North Carolina. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Study aid only
Checkride Ready is a study aid. It is not FAA-approved and does not replace instruction, ground training or endorsements from your Certified Flight Instructor. Always verify information against the current 14 CFR, AIM, PHAK and the current ACS for your checkride.
AI answers can be wrong
The mock oral examiner and feedback are generated by AI and can be incomplete or incorrect. Treat them as practice, not as an authoritative source, and check the cited references yourself.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and use one account per person.
Acceptable use
- Don't share your account or resell access.
- Don't copy, scrape or redistribute the question bank or app content.
- Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the security or paywall of the service.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Pro subscription
Pro ($29/mo) is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.
Checkride Pass
The Checkride Pass ($69) is a one-time payment for 90 days of Pro access. It does not auto-renew.
Tutoring and the pass guarantee
Written test tutoring with Kemar is booked through the tutoring page. Payment is arranged after Kemar confirms your schedule.
Pass guarantee: if you don't pass, your retest tutoring is free. The guarantee covers tutoring sessions until you pass. It does not cover FAA or testing-center fees. Applies when you complete your tutoring plan and take the test within 60 days of your last session. For the Test-Ready Package, the guarantee applies after you've used your 10 hours.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your own flight training, checkride preparation and safety decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for checkride or test outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
